Intergal-Bud officially launches sales of Zoryani residential complex in Ukrainian city of Lviv
On Friday, June 27, Intergal-Bud officially opened its revamped western regional office at 8 Stary Rynok Street in Lviv and launched sales for its new premium residential complex Zoryani, according to a company press release.
The renovated office, covering nearly 170 square meters, houses departments for sales and contract support.
"We've nearly tripled the size of the office. This was a strategic decision, considering the number of new projects planned for the region in 2024–2025," said Ivan Koshovy, Intergal-Bud's Commercial Director for the western region.
The space is designed to meet modern standards, with a comfortable guest lounge, consultation areas, customer service zones, and spaces for contract discussions.
That same day, the company officially presented the Zoryani residential complex, located at 39 Zoriana Street. According to Koshovy, while quiet pre-sales had already begun, the June 27 ceremony marked the project's official public launch.
The business-class complex will consist of six buildings ranging from 6 to 13 stories. The first and second buildings will house 368 apartments. Plans also include an underground guest parking garage with elevator access. The projected completion date is the end of 2026.
