Ukraine's MHP establishes new Culinary Center division

PJSC MHP has decided to create a separate division – the Culinary Center branch – which will be registered at the company's official headquarters address in Kyiv.
According to a disclosure in the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) system, the MHP Board of Directors made the decision on August 13.
The Culinary Center will process milk and meat and produce a wide range of products, including meat products, margarine, butter, cheese, grain-milling products, bread and bakery items, confectionery, short shelf-life cakes and pastries, rusks and dry biscuits, pasta, baby food and dietary products, spices and seasonings, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and mineral water.
Its scope of activities will also include wholesale trade in meat and meat products, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, edible oils and fats, fish, crustaceans and mollusks, and beverages – through specialized stores, online sales, mobile catering services, and restaurants.
In addition, the division will sell machinery, equipment, and tools.
The new unit has also been delegated functions in combined office administrative services, film and video production, television programming, media advertising placement, market research, and business consulting.
MHP is Ukraine's largest poultry producer and is also engaged in grain, sunflower oil, and meat processing. Shares of the holding company are traded on the main board of the London Stock Exchange. In 2020, owner Yuriy Kosiuk announced the gradual transformation of the holding into a culinary company.
