UKRNAFTA, Ukraine's largest network of gas stations, is completing the Shell rebranding. More than half of the 118 gas stations owned by Alliance Holding LLC have now been rebranded, said acting chairman of the board of JSC Ukrnafta Yuriy Tkachuk said on his Facebook page on Monday.

"These stations have already changed their identity. New price signs have been installed and the shopping areas have been renewed. Full-fledged UKRNAFTA markets and services are now operating. Customers can fill up with Euro-5 fuel," he wrote.

According to Tkachuk, the rebranding will be completed at most facilities by the end of October, with the full integration of 118 stations planned by the end of the year — ahead of the timeline outlined in the agreement with Shell Overseas Investments BV.

"After this process is complete, 663 filling stations will operate under the UKRNAFTA brand throughout Ukraine. We are developing modern infrastructure, raising service standards, and ensuring stable operations in all regions," said the head of Ukrnafta.

In January 2025, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted Ukrnafta permission to purchase more than 50% of Alliance Holding LLC's shares. Alliance Holding LLC operates the Shell filling station network in Ukraine.

Ukrnafta is Ukraine's largest oil producer and operates a national network of gas stations. In March 2024, Ukrnafta began managing Glusco's assets. In 2025, it completed an agreement with Shell Overseas Investments BV to purchase the Shell network in Ukraine. It operates a total of 663 filling stations.
