Shmyhal: Govt working to solve problem of unreasonable searches of businesses, seizure of documents, property
The government is working on initiatives to address the problem of unreasonable searches of entrepreneurs, seizure of documents and seizure of property, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said.
"Bills on rebooting the BES have been submitted to parliament. We are working on several more initiatives that relate to solving the problem of unreasonable searches of entrepreneurs, seizure of documents and seizure of property," Shmyhal said at the Tuesday government meeting.
The Prime Minister said the responsible departments are faced with the task of resolving the issue of income limits for government contracts during defense procurement.
"This issue needs to be closed so that business can work, develop and invest in the defense of our state," Shmyhal said.
