Budanov on assassination attempts on Putin: they were, but unsuccessful so far
Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Agency (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, said that Vladimir Putin had already survived attempts on his life.
Answering a question in an interview with NV, whether he was aware of attempts to kill Putin, the head of the GUR replied: "They were, but, as you can see, they have also failed so far."
At the same time, Budanov noted that Putin has been in power in the Russian Federation for more than 20 years, so "now Russians have a fear of losing him, because he is the guarantor of their life stability."
