Interior Minister: Weapon used to kill Farion not found yet
To date, the investigation has not found the weapon used to kill the Ukrainian member of parliament of the 6th convocation from the All-Ukrainian Association Svoboda, ex-lecturer of the Lviv Polytechnic University Iryna Farion.
"No weapons have been found to date. I think it's a matter of a few days," Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said at a briefing in Lviv on Friday.
"He (the suspect) was looking for a Stalker sports pistol, which, as a rule, is converted to a 9 x18 PM cartridge, a Makarov pistol," the Interior Minister noted.
He added that this is one of the versions regarding which weapon Farion was killed with.
