General Staff reports 96 combat clashes at front, enemy assaults in Pokrovsk axis

According to the latest updates, 96 combat clashes were recorded at the front line in the past 24 hours, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said Thursday morning, adding that the enemy forces were focusing their efforts on the Pokrovsk axis.

In the Pokrovsk axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled 28 enemy assaults in the areas of ten different settlements, the main directions of the occupiers' attacks were Vozdvyzhenka, Zhelanne, Karlivka, and Hrodivka.

In the Lyman axis, the enemy launched twelve assault operations near Novoserhiyivka, Makiyivka, Nevske, Torske, and in the Serebryansky Forest.

In the Toretsk axis, the enemy carried out eleven assaults in the areas of Pivnichne, New York, Zalizne, and Toretsk. The Russian aggressor inflicted 19 airstrikes on Toretsk and the adjacent territories, dropping more than three dozen guided bombs.

In the Kramatorsk axis, the occupiers launched seven assault operations near Chasiv Yar. Also, two airstrikes with unguided rockets were inflicted on the area.

In the Siversky axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled six assaults of the Russian invaders near Spirne, Verkhniokamyanske, and Pereyizne.

In the Kupyansk axis, there were five attempts by the Russian troops to advance near Petrovpavlivka, Kolesnykivka and towards Novoosynove.

In the Kurakhove axis, the defense forces repelled five enemy attacks near Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka, and Paraskoviyivka.

In the Prydniprovsky axis, all four enemy attacks were unsuccessful.

Separate combat clashes were recorded in the Kharkiv, Vremiv, and Orekhiv axes.

In the Volyn and Polissia axes, no signs of the formation of offensive enemy groups were detected. On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence and continues to shell populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation.
