URCS holds info session on mine danger in Odesa

Instructors of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) held an information session on mine danger for workers of the Primary Health Care Center in Odesa.

"As part of the program 'Safe behavior and raising awareness of the risks of mines and explosive remnants of war,' instructors of the Kyiv district organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society held an information session on mine danger for medical workers of Primary Health Care Center No. 3 in Odesa," the URCS reported on Facebook on Thursday.

The URCS instructors told the session participants about mines and their varieties, including booby traps, about places where explosive objects can be found, about marking signs and about the algorithm of actions when mines are discovered.

Today, Ukraine is one of the most mined countries in the world and the Ukrainian Red Cross Society informs the population about the mine danger throughout the country.
