Emergency rescue work at site of rocket attack on Lviv completed: seven killed, 53 injured

The staff of the State Emergency Service completed emergency rescue operations in Lviv at the site of an enemy missile strike on Wednesday morning: seven people were killed, 53 were injured.

"Lviv. Emergency rescue operations to eliminate the consequences of the morning enemy shelling have been completed. Fifty-three people were injured. Seven people were killed," the Interior Ministry reported on the Telegram channel on Wednesday.

Psychologists of the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 103 victims, including 16 children.

According to the press service of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service in Lviv region, employees of the department rescued 12 people. "Fifty-three people were injured, unfortunately, seven died, among them, according to updated data, two children of 7 and 14 years old," the press service said.

More than 150 rescuers and 38 units of special equipment were involved in the liquidation of the consequences of the events from the State Emergency Service.

At the same time, the press service of the Lviv City Council reported that 50 people, including eight children, applied for medical care. Seven patients are in critical condition.
