Zelenskyy briefed on new strategies for Ministries of Territories Development, Veterans Affairs
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal heard reports on new strategies for the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs on Tuesday.
"Together with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, we heard today new strategies for the work of two government institutions – the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. Deputy Prime Minister Kuleba and Minister Kalmykova reported along with their teams. The strategies are ambitious, but the main thing is that people really feel the results of the work of the ministries and the government as a whole," Zelenskyy said in an evening video address.
The president also separately discussed energy and other key issues with Shmyhal, in particular, there were reports on the situation in Sumy and the region, where there are power outages after Russian strikes on energy facilities.
"Repair teams are currently working. A Coordination Headquarters has been created. I thank everyone involved in the restoration work: energy workers, regional authorities, local authorities, and all employees of the State Emergency Service," Zelenskyy said.
