More than 20 servicemen, including six officers from the DPRK, were killed in a missile strike in the temporarily occupied territory by Russia near Donetsk, sources in military intelligence told Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the source, three more North Korean servicemen were wounded. A group of officers from the DPRK arrived there to meet with their Russian colleagues.

According to statements from Russian social networks, "officers from the DPRK arrived at the front as part of an exchange of experience." A number of Russian Telegram channels wrote the military was shown how the Russians were "preparing for assault actions, for defense," when "a missile strike was launched on the training ground."

Earlier, the Main Intelligence Agency of Ukraine reported the arrival of a limited contingent of military personnel from North Korea to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, including units of engineering troops, which indicates active cooperation between Russia and North Korea.

The National Resistance Center also said Russia plans to deliver citizens of the DPRK to the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions for construction work.
