Russian Navy keeping two missile carriers in Black Sea – Ukrainian Navy
There are two Russian ships in the Black Sea carrying Kalibr cruise missiles with a combined salvo of up to eight missiles, the Ukrainian Navy reported on Wednesday morning.
"As of 06:00 on October 9, 2024, there are two enemy ships in the Black Sea that are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to eight missiles; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov; there are three enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, of which two are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 20 missiles," the message says.
According to the Ukrainian Navy, over the past 24 hours, the following vessels passed through the Kerch Strait in the interests of the Russian Federation: into the Black Sea - seven vessels, of which one continued moving towards the Bosphorus Strait; into the Sea of Azov - 11 vessels, of which four moved from the Bosphorus Strait.
