Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has discussed with his Finnish counterpart Petteri Orpo support in the issue of development of civil protection system, in particular, the construction of a shelter system in Ukraine.
"I proposed the creation of a civil protection coalition. Finland can play a key role and become a co-chair of this coalition," he said on the Telegram channel.
The sides also discussed steps to strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and the implementation of the security agreement signed by the presidents of Ukraine and Finland.
"We are grateful to Finland for supporting Ukraine's Formula World. We count on further support for Ukraine's accession to NATO, which is the first point of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Victory Plan," Shmyhal said.
