Zelenskyy: We need to end war in way ensures security, peace for all of Ukraine
The Ukrainian side continues to work with the results of the negotiations and develop the Victory Plan, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his evening address on Friday.
"We are developing our Victory Plan in communication with partners. Separately, work is underway to prepare the second Peace Summit – real diplomacy. We need to end the war in a way that ensures security and peace for Ukrainians and all of Ukraine," the president said.
He said a conversation had already taken place with U.S. President Joseph Biden, and preparations are underway for meetings in Ukraine with the U.S. team – both political and military representatives. In addition, the president recalled, Ukrainian Defense Minister Umerov, Foreign Minister Sybiha and Commander-in-Chief Syrsky are working with their colleagues in Europe. Meetings will be held with the participation of the head of the Presidential Office Yermak and Prime Minister Shmyhal.
"I am grateful to every leader, every state that has accepted our arguments on security and is ready to help in such a way as to direct the current situation towards peace," the president said.
