Since the beginning of the day and as of 16:00, some 74 combat clashes have taken place along the entire front line, with the most active combat operations taking place in Pokrovsk, Kurakhove and Lyman directions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.

"Since the beginning of the day, 74 combat clashes have taken place on the front. Our defenders are stopping the enemy, holding the lines and ruining the plans of the Russians. At the same time, the occupiers continue to actively operate in Pokrovsk, Kurakhove and Lyman axes," the General Staff said on Telegram on Friday.

It is reported that the aggressor has increased the number of attacks to 12 in Lyman direction. "Attacked near Druzheliubivka, Katerynivka, Hrekivka, Makiivka, Terny and in Serebriansky forest. Four clashes are currently ongoing," the report states.

In Kramatorsk direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled one attack by the occupiers near Stupochky. In Toretsk direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations, but carried out airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Toretsk, Petrivka and Kostiantynivka, dropping eight UABs.

The enemy remains active in the Pokrovsk direction. "Clashes of varying intensity have begun here 21 times today. Attacks have been repelled in the areas of Sukha Balka, Myroliubivka, Mykolaivka, Lysivka, Kruty Yar, Novohrodivka and Selydove. Two battles are still ongoing in the Vyshneve area," the General Staff said.

Fighting continues in Kurakhove direction. Near Ostrivske, Illinka, Novoselydivka, Kreminna Balka, Novodmytrivka, Vovchenka, Maksymilianivka, Dalne, Antonivka and Katerynivka, some 24 combat clashes took place during the day, and 13 attacks by the occupiers are ongoing.

In Kharkiv axis, the occupiers dropped two aerial bombs in Derhachi area. In Kupiansk, the enemy tried to advance towards the Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in Petropavlivka and Lozova areas twice during the day. The battle continues near Lozova.

In Vremivka direction, the Russian Army attacked the Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in the Trudove area once.
