Military Law Enforcement Service: Two disciplinary battalions deployed to ensure execution of punishment of servicemen, another one being formed
Two such battalions have been deployed and another one is being formed to ensure the execution of punishment of servicemen sentenced to detention in a disciplinary battalion, the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) said.
"In order to properly organize the detention of convicted servicemen… two disciplinary battalions have been deployed to ensure the execution of criminal punishment in the form of detention in a disciplinary battalion. We are currently forming another one," Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of the AFU Military Law Enforcement Service Oleksandr Hrynchuk said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.
