Zelenskyy, Spanish PM discuss joint actions to achieve peace
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed joint actions to achieve peace with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.
"I just spoke with the Prime Minister of Spain about our joint work, everyone in Europe, for the sake of unity, which can bring peace closer. I am grateful to Spain for its support. And especially for its support in strengthening our air defense," Zelenskyy said in a video address on Wednesday evening.
According to him, this work will continue "this week and next, so that common European positions become stronger and help all of us return security to Ukraine and all of Europe." "Coordination and joint work always help to achieve results. This is what Europe needs now, and not someone's individual efforts in defiance of everyone else on the continent. Achieving a reliable peace is a difficult task, and this weight must be pulled. The European position in the world must be as strong as possible," Zelenskyy said.
