Russian losses in Kursk direction amount to 30,000-35,000 people – Zelenskyy
Over the 5 months of the Kursk operation, Russian losses amounted to 30,000-35,000 people wounded and killed, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported.
"By the way, in the Kursk direction alone, all the world's intelligence services will tell you that Russia lost 30,000-35,000. Imagine that you are ready to give the lives of 30,000 of your people just to push on us five months without having any results there," Zelenskyy said in an interview with Polish media.
At the same time, he noted that such losses of Russians in the Kursk direction are "for a reason." "The long-range capabilities gave results," Zelenskyy added.
