Ukrainian Red Cross receives 15 ambulances from foreign colleagues
The Austrian, British, and Canadian Red Cross handed over new ambulances to their Ukrainian colleagues.
"The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) has received additional reinforcements – 15 new ambulances from the Austrian, British and Canadian Red Cross Societies … Each of these vehicles is equipped with everything necessary to provide assistance and transport patients," the Ukrainian Red Cross reported on Facebook on Tuesday.
The vehicles will be transferred to the rapid response units of the Ukrainian Red Cross, in particular to those places where volunteers work in the most difficult conditions, saving the lives of civilians and helping those affected by hostilities, as well as transporting people from low-mobility groups.
