SBU drones hit Murom instrument-making plant working for Russian navy and aviation – source
On Wednesday night, attack drones of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) hit a Russian military-industrial complex enterprise that produces products for waging war against Ukraine - the Murom Instrument-Making Plant (Vladimir region), a source in the SBU told the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
According to the agency's source, the plant specializes in the production of ammunition ignition devices, as well as components and products for the Russian Navy and military aviation.
"Five explosions thundered at the plant, preliminary information indicates that two buildings were damaged and a fire broke out," the source noted.
The Murom Instrument-Making Plant is included in the sanction lists of Ukraine and the EU, since it plays a significant role in ensuring military aggression against Ukraine. "The SBU continues to effectively work on legitimate military targets on the territory of the Russian Federation," the agency's interlocutor added.
