The Kremlin is not talking about Vladimir Putin’s plans to travel to Istanbul for talks with Ukraine on May 15.
When asked who would represent Russia at the talks in Istanbul on May 15, the head of state's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that the composition of the Russian delegation would be announced as soon as President Putin deems it necessary.
