Ukrainian Red Cross shares its experience of working during the war with colleagues from Baltic countries
The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) shared its experience of working during a full-scale war with colleagues from the Baltic countries.
“Deputy Director General of the Ukrainian Red Cross Illia Kletskovskyi took part in the Red Cross Baltic Humanitarian Preparedness Conference in Vilnius,” the Ukrainian Red Cross reported on Facebook.
Kletskovsky told about the preparation of the Ukrainian Humanitarian Aid Organization for Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the adaptation of the response system to the scale of the war, the strengthening of the organization's supporting role and its coordination with state structures and international partners. He also drew attention to the issue of how the Ukrainian Humanitarian Aid Organization develops the capacities of local communities to respond to humanitarian challenges in the country during the war.
