Russia still refuses to agree to unconditional ceasefire – Kyslytsia
Russia still refused to agree to an unconditional ceasefire at the talks in Istanbul, said First Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsia.
At a press conference in Istanbul, Kyslytsia said that Ukraine had once again stressed the need for an unconditional ceasefire, but Russia had not accepted these proposals. At the same time, it was agreed to continue discussing this process.
