Zelenskyy: Info on Russian threat to Ukraine's nuclear generation passed to IAEA, Witkoff and Hegseth

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the military, SBU and government officials on Sunday, the results of which he reported on the official Telegram channel.

"Held a meeting with the military, the Security Service of Ukraine and government officials on protecting our infrastructure from Russian strikes. Despite all Putin's promises to the United States and others in the world who seek peace, Russia continues to strike at civilian energy facilities in Ukraine. This terror is becoming more and more vile. There are no signs that anyone in Moscow is preparing to end the war and is considering diplomacy seriously," Zelenskyy noted in the post.

He noted that hostile attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure may be "less visible to the world due to the focus on the situation in the Middle East."

"Specifically, the data on the Russian threat to our nuclear generation infrastructure in Ukraine was transmitted by the Minister of Energy of Ukraine to the IAEA and Mr. Witkoff. The Minister of Defense of Ukraine transmitted the information to his colleague in the United States," Zelenskyy wrote.

According to him, the meeting participants discussed the current development of Russian strike weapons and, accordingly, identified tasks for the development of Ukrainian air defense.

"There were also reports by the head of the SBU and the chief of the General Staff. The details are not public, but the results of today's discussion should have a tangible impact on the situation," Zelenskyy noted.
