URCS volunteers work at sites of liquidation of consequences of Russian shelling in two districts of Kyiv

Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) rapid response team worked in two districts of Kyiv at the sites of liquidation of the consequences of the Russian combined air attack.
In Solomiansky district, a crew of volunteers provided first aid to three victims in a shelter.
In Sviatoshynsky district, volunteers evacuated two elderly people and a cat from the 12th floor of a residential building. First aid was provided to four people.
Volunteers also provided first psychological aid to the victims.
Aid points from Solomiansky and Sviatoshynsky organizations of the URCS are currently operating in Kyiv. Volunteers provide residents of damaged houses with humanitarian aid in the form of construction materials for temporary repairs of damaged homes, as well as provide water and tea to the victims and rescuers.
According to the State Emergency Service, more than 20 people were injured as a result of the enemy's massive attack on Kyiv on the night of Thursday to Friday.
As reported, in Solomiansky district, a five-storey building was partially destroyed due to an enemy attack. A fire broke out on the roof of a seven-story building on an area of 2,000 sq m. Fires broke out in a warehouse building, on the territory of a service station and a garage cooperative. Civilian infrastructure was damaged.
In Sviatoshynsky district, a fire broke out in a 14-storey residential building as a result of an enemy attack, cars caught fire.
An uninhabited eight-story building in Shevchenkivsky district was attacked by UAVs.
Falling debris from enemy UAVs was recorded in Darnytsky and Holosiyivsky districts.
