KCMA officials leave unsigned 54 orders since the beginning of the year – KCSA

More than fifty orders currently remain unsigned by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA), which complicates the city's vital activities, the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) has said.

"The documents regarding: humanitarian assistance to people with disabilities; financing from the reserve fund for inspections of damaged buildings; recognition of enterprises as critically important; licensing of educational institutions; distribution of educational subventions for preparing schools for the new academic year remain unsigned," KCSA said in a statement released on Monday.

According to the list of draft orders pending approval by the KCMA, published on the website of the Ukrainian capital's authorities, eight of the 54 orders are dated January 2025, six are dated February, and six are also dated this July.

"Back in 2015, the Kyiv City Mayor introduced electronic approval of orders with clear deadlines. However, not all documents can be approved online - according to the law, some defense and mobilization documents, as well as those containing confidential data, must undergo paper approval only. KCMA officials must be aware of this and act accordingly within the framework of the law," the statement says.
