Zelenskyy’s decree implements NSDC's decision to impose moratorium on business inspections by regulatory bodies
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has issued a decree putting into effect the NSDC decision on introducing a moratorium on business inspections by law enforcement, customs, tax and other regulatory bodies.
Decree No. 538/2025 was published on the official portal of the President on Monday. Control over the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, put into effect by this Decree, is entrusted to the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine.
As reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held the first meeting of the renewed composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on Monday. On the same day, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the government would submit to the Verkhovna Rada draft laws on business protection and reform of regulatory authorities, which would include amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other legislative and regulatory acts.
