July 31 Kyiv attack death toll rises to 32 as wounded victim dies – Tkachenko
A man who suffered a serious neck wound during a Russian attack on July 31 has died in hospital, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko has said.
"Total, the Russians killed 32 people with their drones and missiles in the last shelling alone. Unfortunately, we continue to record the consequences of the attack long after the event itself. And this is the situation after every difficult night," Tkachenko wrote on Telegram on Wednesday.
Earlier, 31 people were reported dead and 159 injured, including three and 16 children, respectively.
