Merz: Trump to brief Zelenskyy and European leaders after meeting with Putin

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has said that US President Donald Trump will inform Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and European leaders of the results after meeting with Vladimir Putin in meeting .

"After the meeting with Putin, he [Trump] will talk to Volodymyr Zelenskyy and inform the heads of European states. We hope for some movement, for peace in Ukraine," he said at a joint press conference with the Ukrainian president in Berlin.
