The Czech Republic has opened a diplomatic mission in Dnipro, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky announced at Platform X on Wednesday.
“Czechia is not afraid of Putin. Today I officially opened our diplomatic office in Dnipro, managed by our Embassy in Kyiv. We are the first country with a diplomatic presence in eastern Ukraine,” Lipavsky said onX.
