Ukraine returns 12 children from temporarily occupied territories – Yermak

As part of the initiative of the President of Ukraine Bring Kids Back UA, another 12 children were returned from the temporarily occupied territory, Head of the President's Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said.
According to him, the children were subjected to pressure and persecution. "The occupiers broke into their homes with searches, forced them to go to Russian schools and apply for Russian passports, threatened with forced conscription or separation from their parents. Some of the children witnessed the brutal torture of their relatives or faced humiliation and fear themselves every day."
Today, these children are safe in Ukraine, they are undergoing rehabilitation, receiving psychological assistance, restoring their documents and can again study and make plans for the future.
Yermak thanks Save Ukraine and all partners for their assistance in saving the children.
