National Police: 10 people 'missing' after massive Russian attack on Kyiv

Currently, 10 people are missing in Kyiv as a result of the massive shelling of the capital, the National Police of Ukraine has said.
The National Police's message on the Telegram channel on Thursday noted that as of 10:55, 12 people died as a result of a strike on a residential building in Darnytsky district, one - in Shevchenkivsky district. At the same time, according to the metropolitan prosecutor's office, as of 11:00 in Kyiv, the number of dead increased to 14 people.
"Rescuers in Kyiv retrieved three more bodies of deceased residents of a high-rise building from under the rubble. The number of victims of the night Russian attack on the capital has increased to 13 people," the message says.
Among the dead are three children. According to updated data, their ages are 2, 14 and 17 years old. "One child was released at the scene of the impact, two died in hospital from extremely complex injuries," the police said.
"Another 10 people are considered missing," the report notes.
Search and rescue and emergency operations are ongoing at the scene of the impacts. In addition to emergency services, mobile units of the Migration Service and the service center have arrived, so people who have lost their documents can quickly apply and restore them.
