The Prosecutor General's Office announced that seized assets of the online casino Pin-Up have been transferred to state ownership.

"Today, in execution of a ruling by Kyiv's Shevchenkivsky District Court applying special confiscation to Ukr Game Technology LLC, which has entered into force, ARMA and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine have transferred UAH 2.6 billion to the state budget as part of the special confiscation," the office said Tuesday on Telegram.

Prosecutors proved the guilt of the casino's director, who was sentenced by the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv to five years in prison with a three-year probation period, with special confiscation of the company's funds applied.

As reported, in February 2025, the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) detained the director of the company operating in Ukraine under the Pin-Up brand. During the investigation, SBI officers and prosecutors from the Prosecutor General's Office, in cooperation with Ukraine's State Financial Monitoring Service, uncovered evidence that representatives of the company assisted the aggressor state.

Specifically, documented ties were established between the online casino and Russian representatives, sanctioned entities in Ukraine, and financial flows directed toward the aggressor's budget and activities supporting its armed aggression against Ukraine.

SBI investigators carried out a series of procedural actions, including technical examinations with expert involvement, which confirmed negative consequences for the combat capability of Ukraine's Defense Forces due to the casino's operations.

The investigation also found that individuals linked to the casino's activities were conducting business in the so-called "LNR," thereby financing the enemy's budget.

The Bureau also established that the online casino continues operating in Russia and on Russian websites.

Kyiv's Shevchenkivsky District Court applied special confiscation, seizing UAH 2.6 billion from the company that operated in Ukraine under the Pin-Up brand in favor of the state. The SBI noted that this is "the largest special confiscation of funds in history."
