The head of the Chernihiv regional military administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported three civilian casualties in the region as a result of Russian shelling last week.

"Yesterday, a 40-year-old civilian man from Semenivka was injured in an attack by an enemy FPV drone. Emergency doctors provided assistance on the spot... The Russians also attacked the regional center with drones. The strikes hit residential buildings and one of the city's enterprises. There is destruction. Civilian women, 48 and 68 years old, were also injured," Chaus said on Teelgram on Monday.

According to the head of the regional administration, a total of 49 settlements in the Chernihiv region were hit by Russian strikes last week. 307 shelling and 609 explosions were recorded.

The enemy most often attacks the Novhorod-Siversky and Koryukiv districts bordering the Russian Federation. "Due to daily shelling in the Novhorod-Siversky district, houses were damaged, a non-working gas station and agricultural enterprise facilities were damaged. Energy infrastructure facilities were hit.

In the Nizhyn district, the Russian occupiers attacked critical infrastructure facilities, as a result of which houses and a car were damaged, Chaus said.

As reported, in the Nizhyn district on Sunday, more than 30,000 huseholds and part of the city of Nizhyn were left without power supply as a result of the occupiers' strike on a civilian critical infrastructure facility.
