Draft state budget provides for 3.7 million registered IDPs
The number of registered internally displaced persons in Ukraine is 3.7 million, according to the draft state budget for 2026.
According to the explanatory note to the draft law No. 14000 dated September 15, according to the State Migration Service, as of September 1, the number of people who declared/registered their place of residence in Ukraine is 28.7 million.
At the same time, according to the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity, as of September 1, there are 3.7 million registered internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine.
