Fire erupts at Pryluky oil terminal, smoke billows over city
Significant smoke is recorded in the city of Pryluky, Chernihiv region, after the Russian army struck an oil depot, probably at an oil depot, the city council’s press service reported.
"Today, as a result of a hit on one of the critical infrastructure facilities outside the city, significant smoke is observed," the city council said on Telegram on Wednesday.
Residents of the city and surrounding areas are asked not to open windows if possible in the event of a change in wind direction and to limit their time outdoors until the situation improves.
Earlier that day, citing the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration Vyacheslav Chaus, it was reported that last night the occupiers attacked an oil depot in Pryluky, causing a fire. In another city in the region, Nizhyn, hits on railway facilities and an energy facility were recorded, and fires also broke out.
