Nineteen settlements in Zaporizhia region under enemy fire, with two injured and one dead

Russian troops carried out nearly 700 shelling attacks on 19 settlements in Zaporizhia region in the past 24 hours, injuring two people and killing one, said Regional Military Administration head Ivan Fedorov.

"Over the course of 24 hours, the occupiers launched 678 attacks on 19 settlements in Zaporizhia region. A 70-year-old woman was killed, a 36-year-old man, and a 70-year-old woman were wounded as a result of enemy shelling in Vasylivsky and Polohivsky districts," he wrote on Telegram.

According to Fedorov, Russian troops carried out four air strikes on Zaliznodorozhne, Malynivka, Novo-Andriyivka and Bilohiria, while 416 UAVs of various modifications (primarily FPV) attacked Malo-Katerynivka, Belenke, Stepnohirsk, Plavni, Stepne, Mali Scherbaky, Huliai-Pole, Scherbaky, Novo-Danylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novo-Andriyivka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Malynivka, Poltavka and Varvarivka.

In addition, 5 MLRS attacks were carried out on the territory of Stepne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka and Scherbaky, and 253 artillery strikes were carried out on the territory of Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Plavni, Stepne, Mali Scherbaky, Huliai-Pole, Orikhove, Scherbaky, Novo-Danylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novo-Andriyivka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Malynivka and Poltavka.

In addition, 32 reports of damage to housing and infrastructure were received.
