Russians use smart bombs for first time in Odesa region – military administration
Russian occupiers used guided bombs during an attack on Odesa region on Friday, October 24, reported Oleh Kiper, Chairman of Odesa Regional Military Administration.
"During today's air strike, the Russian army used guided bombs against civilian infrastructure in our region for the first time. This is a new, serious threat to Odesa region. Such strikes pose a colossal danger to people and can cause significant destruction," Kiper wrote on Telegram.
He urged residents of the region not to ignore air raid sirens.
