President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy considers the European Commission report within the framework of the EU Enlargement Package to be positive, which confirms that Ukraine is confidently moving towards EU membership.

"The European Commission’s Enlargement Package Report confirms: Ukraine is confidently moving toward EU membership and ready to open Clusters 1, 2, and 6. This is the best assessment to date—proof that even as we defend against Russia’s full-scale aggression, Ukraine continues to reform and transform according to European standards," Zelenskyy wrote on his Telegram channel on Tuesday.

According to him, Ukraine's progress on its path to the European Union is being achieved thanks to the efforts of millions of citizens.

"I am grateful to every Ukrainian who works daily for our independence, for our state, and to everyone who supports these efforts, and certainly to all of our brave warriors, who fight for Ukraine, for their brothers-in-arms, and for the very possibility of a safe, united, and free Europe with Ukraine as its integral part," the president wrote.

"We expect the EU’s decisive action to overcome all artificial obstacles for a strong and united Europe," the president stressed.

"Unity and strength are two key elements for the European project to succeed and ensure safety, prosperity, and guaranteed peace for all European nations, communities, and families. We are committed to working together to strengthen Europe and our shared values," he concluded.
