Last night, the Russian occupation forces used 22 missiles of various types, including aeroballistic missiles, and over 460 drones, most of which are Russian-Iranian Shahed UAVs. Some drones flew to Moldova and Romania, the exact time of the flights is known, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

According to the president, the Russians struck Kyiv and the region, the Dnipro, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Cherkasy regions. "The main targets are energy and everything that ensures normal life," he said on Telegram on Tuesday morning

"In general, the Russians used 22 missiles of various types, including aeroballistic missiles, and over 460 drones, most of which are Russian-Iranian shaheeds. It is known that four drones flew to our neighbors - Moldova and Romania, the exact time of the flights is known," he said.

"That is why all partners should not forget that every day we need to save lives. Weapons and air defense are important, as is the important sanction pressure on the aggressor. We cannot make any pauses in assistance. The key now is for all partners to move towards diplomacy together, with joint efforts. Pressure on Russia must definitely work. Thank you to everyone who is with Ukraine," the head of the Ukrainian state emphasized.

According to him, rescuers are working in Kyiv at the sites of Russian strikes. "The main Russian strike at night was on the capital and the region, and there is a lot of damage to residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in the city. As of now, thirteen people are known to have been injured and, unfortunately, six people have died. My condolences to all relatives and friends. There is destruction in the Odesa region: there were strikes on ports, food and infrastructure - no military sense," Zelenskyy said.
