Russia continues its targeted attacks on Ukraine's oil and gas infrastructure: during a nighttime combined assault, the enemy struck production facilities of Ukrnafta, the parent company NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy reported.
"There were no casualties as a result of the shelling, but there is significant damage; operations have been suspended, and urgent repair work is underway," the company said in a press release on Tuesday evening.
"Specialists of the Naftogaz Group are working in an intensified mode. The restoration of infrastructure after Russian attacks is ongoing," the release quoted Naftogaz Ukrainy CEO Serhiy Koretsky as saying.
The company recalled that the last time Russian strike drones attacked gas infrastructure facilities of the Naftogaz Group was on December 9.
