Three Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) aid stations are operating in Vyshhorod (Kyiv region), where there is no electricity supply after Russian air strikes.
"The settlements of Kyiv region have been without electricity for almost three days. Vyshhorod, in the north of the region, is holding on thanks to the support of URCS volunteers in difficult conditions... Three URCS aid stations are already operating in the city, two of which are open 24/7," the URCS said on Facebook on Monday.
At the aid stations, people can warm up, drink hot tea or coffee, and charge mobile phones and other devices. Visitors with medical needs, including inhalers, also come to the stations. If necessary, specialists provide citizens with first aid and psychological assistance.
The URCS aid stations in Vyshhorod will operate as long as people need them.
