Kubrakov: Focused on achieving tangible results in context of energy crisis
Oleksandr Kubrakov, appointed as adviser to the President of Ukraine on infrastructure and interaction with communities on Tuesday, said he is focused on strengthening local capacity, improving investment management, and achieving tangible results, especially in the context of the energy crisis.
"I have been appointed advisor to the President of Ukraine on infrastructure and community coordination. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve during this critical time. My focus remains on strengthening local capacity, improving investment management, and achieving tangible results, especially in the context of the energy crisis," he wrote on social media X.
He added that his experience in logistics, exports, and energy security will help strengthen the resilience of Ukraine's infrastructure.
It was previously reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree appointing Oleksandr Kubrakov as an advisor on infrastructure and interaction with non-state communities.
Corresponding decree, No. 66/2026, was posted on the head of state's website.
