Russia strikes residential building in Dnipro – mayor

Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov reported that a residential building in the city had been hit, without specifying the extent of the damage or casualties.

"A residential building was hit. All details later," Filatov wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
