Russia attacks with 11 ballistic missiles, 149 strike UAVs overnight, hits by 23 UAVs recorded at 15 location – Air Force

On the night of February 9 (from Sunday evening), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 11 ballistic missiles, as well as 149 strike UAVs, missiles. Some 23 UAVs struck at 15 locations, according to the Air Force of Ukraine.

"On the night of February 9 (from 17:30 on February 8), the enemy attacked with 11 Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Bryansk region, as well as 149 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas type and drones of other types from the directions: Kursk, Orel, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Shatalovo – Russia, TOT Donetsk, Gvardiyske - TOT AR Crimea, about 90 of them – Shahed UAVs," the message on Telegram says.

According to preliminary data, as of 09:30, air defense systems shot down/suppressed 116 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and drones of other types.

In addition, some Iskander-M ballistic missiles were intercepted and did not reach their targets.

Missile hits and 23 strike UAVs were recorded at 15 locations, as well as the fall of downed ones (fragments) at six locations.
