Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy heard a report from acting State Security Service (SBU) chief Oleksandr Poklad and approved new SBU operations.
"Oleksandr Poklad reported on the Security Service of Ukraine’s priorities for August. I also approved further steps by the SBU’s head to clean up the agency’s internal structure of those who work for themselves, not for Ukraine," Zelenskyy said on Telegram on Tuesday.
He thanked everyone at the SBU who genuinely protects Ukraine and its people.
