UK foreign secretary announces agreement of G7 states to continue supply of defensive weapons to Ukraine
The foreign ministers of the G7 countries and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba held an online meeting at which it was decided to continue deliveries of defensive weapons to Ukraine, UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs Elizabeth Truss said.
"We agreed to continue to supply defensive weapons and equipment to Ukraine, escalate sanctions to debilitate the Russian economy," she said on Twitter.
Truss also noted the need to fully restore the sovereignty of Ukraine.
