One civilian killed, two houses destroyed, more than 40 houses damaged as enemy attacks Myrnohrad, Donetsk region, by three missiles
The enemy attacked the town of Myrnohrad, Donetsk region, by three missiles, killing one local resident, the press service of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine has said.
"Myrnohrad. Last night, the occupiers insidiously attacked a residential district by three missiles," it said on the Telegram channel on Friday.
Two private houses were completely destroyed, 42 private houses and three apartment buildings, a school and five civilian cars were damaged as a result of the missile strike.
"Two private houses were destroyed to the ground. A 67-year-old man, who was looking after the house while its owners are in evacuation, was killed in it. A senior couple lived in the second houses – the spouses survived only because they were sleeping in the garage basement," the ministry said.
The police are documenting the consequences of the attack.
