At 12:47 on Thursday, the Russian army struck Kharkiv region between populated areas, a person died, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleh Synehubov said.

"As a result of the hit, a civilian who was in the tractor at that time was killed. The data are being established," Synehubov wrote on the Telegram channel on Thursday.
