Razumkov about Martynenko: he was a professional and a decent person

Non-factional Member of Parliament Dmytro Razumkov expressed condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Oleksandr Martynenko.

“I knew Oleksandr Vladlenovich personally. He was a true professional in his field and a decent person,” Razumkov wrote on his Telegram channel.
